Refund and Return Policy 

Thank you for shopping with Melanin Touch Kosmetics LLC. We are committed to providing 100% customers satisfaction! 

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, notify us (info.melanintouch@yahoo.com) so that our staff could help resolve the issue. 


Due to the sanitation and safety of our Kings & Queens, we DO NOT accept returns after your item(s) has been shipped and delivered to you. 


We ship out orders on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, you then have 24HRS after you've placed your order to cancel and request a refund. We DO NOT accept cancellation after the 24HR time frame has passed. If you cancel and request a refund after the time frame mentioned above, your request will be denied.


We try our very best to double check every order before we send them out, but if a mistake has been made on our end, you may contact us immediately regarding the issue (info.melanintouch@yahoo.com). You may request a refund, or please let us know if you would like for us to resend your missing item(s). You MUST provide the proper proof (such as your invoice and a photo of your package) with the missing item(s). Without the proper proof of the error, your request will be denied. 


Please keep in mind that we are all humans behind the screen of our phones, computers, tablets, etc., so we ask that you are kind and respectful to our staff.  IF FOR ANY REASON YOU ARE RUDE/ DISRESPECTFUL to our Customer Service Team, we have the right to REFUSE your service. You will then be added to the DO NOT ACCEPT list and we will no longer accept orders from you in the future. Thank you so much for understanding and having patience with our staff.
